CCRP EVENTS . . .
LINCOLN DAY/SUMMER BBQ/FALL FEST/CLUB SPONSORS & Republican of the Year
The Lincoln Day Dinner is the biggest event of the year. The event includes a reception for CCRP Club Sponsors with the guest speaker and with the opportunity of having their picture taken with them. It also includes a sit down dinner where the elected officials that represent our county have an opportunity to speak. The guest speaker often times is a statewide elected official. In the past we have also asked to have conservatives from outside the state to be our keynote speaker. The Lincoln Day Dinner is the event that generates the largest amount of revenue for the CCRP. Donations come from the Club Sponsors and from the advertisements that have been purchased that will appear in the event program. This event normally occurs in April or May of each year.
Club Sponsorships are of three different types. A 300 club sponsor donates $300 to the county party (this is an annual fee). This donation allows them to attend all three events throughout the year. A 200 club sponsor donates $200 to the county party and can attend two events (the Lincoln Day Dinner and either the Summer BBQ or the Fall Fest.) The 150 club sponsor donates $150 to the county party and can attend, with their significant other, the Lincoln Day Dinner and reception prior to the event with the keynote speaker.
