The Clinton County Republican Party is excited to announce that Senate Republican Leader, and 2026 Gubernatorial Candidate, Senator Aric Nesbitt has accepted our invitation to be our 2025 Annual Lincoln Day Dinner keynote speaker.
Senator Nesbitt has hit the road running by expressing his intent to reverse the destructive agenda of the Whitmer administration we have experienced over the last six years.
Aric’s resume includes being raised and nurtured on a sixth generation family dairy and grape farm where the values of having a work ethic, patriotism and conservatism were instilled in him by his parents and family. Aric paid his way to attend Hillsdale College, earning an Economics degree and a master’s degree in international business. He was the recipient of Hillsdale College’s “Distinguished Alumnus” award for his efforts to advance conservative reforms in Michigan.
His core principles led him to run for elected office to serve Southwest Michigan in the State House. His election helped him to work to balance budgets, lower taxes, slash regulations and defend family values. HIs efforts have produced conservative results for hard-working taxpayers, limiting government and bringing good-paying jobs back to Michigan.
We are looking forward to hearing Senator Nesbitt outline his “Michigan First” agenda to the residents of Clinton County and the mid-Michigan area.
